About Sova

Clarity without pressure or borrowed verdicts.

Sova creates private educational tools that help people turn relationship confusion into observable information and practical next steps.

Why this tool exists

After betrayal, one sincere conversation can feel hopeful while the wider pattern remains difficult to judge. The Relationship Repair Clarity Check focuses on behavior that can be observed: responsibility, truthfulness, empathy, boundaries and follow-through.

It does not assume that every relationship should be repaired or ended. Instead, it helps the person completing it describe what is happening more precisely and identify questions worth discussing.

The questions and interpretations are independently written. Educational influences include affair-recovery, attachment and relationship research associated with John and Julie Gottman, Sue Johnson, Shirley P. Glass, Janis Abrahms Spring, and Gordon, Baucom and Snyder. Sova is not affiliated with or endorsed by these authors, their estates, institutes or publishers.

Our boundaries

Sova provides education, not therapy, diagnosis, crisis intervention, legal advice or a guarantee of any relationship outcome. When interpretation or safety requires personal support, we encourage the use of qualified professionals.
